• Account information: name, email address, and login credentials when you register as a customer or are added as an employee.
• Property information: service address and property details you provide to request or schedule a cleaning.
• Service and payment information: appointment history, service preferences, and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Photos: before/after service photos and, for employees, an optional profile photo, uploaded through the portal.
• Location data: for employees only, and only while a scheduled cleaning is actively in progress (checked in), so a supervisor can confirm the job is underway. We do not track employee location outside of active jobs.
• Communications: messages sent through the in-app messaging system, and messages sent via our public contact form.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Schedule, assign, and carry out the cleaning services you request;
• Process payments and send receipts/invoices;
• Send appointment reminders, status updates, and service-related notifications by email;
• Respond to support requests submitted through the contact form;
• Improve the reliability and quality of our services.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies, including one that remembers your preferred site language. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

We share information with the following service providers strictly to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Zoho Mail — sending transactional and notification emails.
• Google Maps Platform — displaying service areas and, for employees, job locations.
• Google Drive — encrypted, admin-only storage of automated database backups.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention & Security

We retain account and service records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard measures, including encryption of sensitive credentials, to protect your information.
